To ensure a smooth and efficient publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Paper Submission Process

  • Prepare your research paper in the standard format provided.
  • Papers should contain new theoretical and/or experimental research and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • There is no page limit, and authors are encouraged to include figures, tables, and references as needed.

2. Steps for Publishing Your Paper with Varsha Research Organization

  • Submit your research paper by clicking here to Submit the Paper Online.
  • You will receive a paper submission notification via email, which will include a unique Paper Registration ID.
  • You can track the status of your paper using this ID.
  • Expect to receive a review (acceptance/rejection) notification within 1-2 days of submitting your paper.
  • Upon acceptance, authors are required to make payment for publication charges.
  • Submit the necessary documents for paper publication, including the Copyright Form, Undertaking Form, Payment Proof, and Identity Proof.

3. Publication Process

  • Once all required documents and fees are received, your paper will be published within 1-2 days.
  • Authors can download certificates of publication from their Author’s Home.

4. Author’s Home

  • Varsha Research Organization provides individual accounts for corresponding authors. You will receive your account credentials in your provided email address.
  • You can access your account to review your paper details, your personal information, and paper status.
  • Authors can download a soft copy of the published paper certificate and the published paper PDF from their account after successful publication.

5. Required Documents for Publication with Varsha Research Organization

Once your paper is accepted for publication, you need to submit the following documents in a single email to editor@varsharesearch.org. Please include your paper registration ID in the subject line:

  • Undertaking by Author Form (Download here) – Submit the scanned copy with a handwritten signature by the author.
  • Copyright Form (Download here) – Submit the scanned copy with a handwritten signature by the author.
  • Formatted Manuscript/Research Paper (Download here) – Must be in DOC file format, and the file name should be your registration ID.
  • Identity Proof of the corresponding author (scanned copy) – Provide one of the following: Election Card, PAN Card, College Identity Card, or Driving License.
  • Payment Proof (PDF file of the email received from PayUMoney if paid by PayUMoney, OR scan copy/screenshot) – Please mention the paid amount, transaction ID, and date of payment in the email when sending these documents.
